LaLa McCallan is the brainchild of international musical performers Daniel Pacini and Stuart Lindsay.
Daniel Pacini was born in Italy, where he started his professional career in musical theatre at age 20 starring in concerts, musicals and operettas. In 1996 he moved to London, UK, to study at Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts where he graduated in Musical Theatre. After the first professional engagements in Great Britain, Daniel successfully auditioned for a series of revue shows with Royal Caribbean International. In the following years he moved on to Celebrity Cruises Inc, and travelled through half the planet as lead singer of no less than 14 musical revue shows. In 2003 he moved back to Italy with partner Stuart Lindsay, with whom he started Starstruck Productions, an independent production company. In just over two years the company went on to produce three revue shows, three concert series, two major corporate events, and a National tour of Andrew Lloyd Webber’s Jesus Christ Superstar, in which Daniel starred in the title role to critical acclaim. After this major endeavour, elated with their success but wishing for a semblance of private life, Daniel and Stuart decided to take a break from producing and went back to full time performing. Daniel starred in “Broadway Celebration”, a revue by leading Italian director Fabrizio Angelini, but all the while the growing success of LaLa McCallan demanded that he concentrate all his attention on the career of the increasingly popular glamour Diva.
